A) Account - When signing up for an account, Brozzian, LLC will ask for your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. This is all for your own convenience. During an order, if you are signed into your account, Brozzian will automatically fill in these fields of your order form for you. After this, the only action you're required to take is to quickly review the information and verify its validity. Additionally, this email address is the address Brozzian will send your order confirmation to. This confirmation will include important information that you may need in the future.
B) Ordering - When placing an order, Brozzian, LLC may ask for your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. Without this information, Brozzian will not be able to process an order. Furthermore, Brozzian reserves the right to void any order that is suspected to be fraudulent in any way.
II. How Information is to be Protected:
Brozzian, LLC takes security very seriously. Any personal information that is kept is saved on our secure server. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. Credit card information is NOT stored on our servers at all. All transactions are passed securely to a trusted third-party company that handles the transaction for us, including any security related to this. Additionally, this third-party company performs security checkups on our website to ensure that your information is being handled as securely as possible.
III. Who Has Access to Personal Information:
Brozzian, LLC does not sell or share any personal information of any customers to any third-party with the sole exception of our transaction processor. This third-party receives only enough information to successfully process transactions. Additionally, access to any information that we do store is restricted, and only employees with a legitimate business purpose are allowed to view this information.
