Yield: Serves 3-4 people as main entrée Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 15-18 Minutes
2 lbs of Haddock (Skinless/Cleaned)
Crushed Ritz Crackers (1/2 Sleeve)
3 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Teaspoons of Brozzian's Seaside Seasoning
1 Teaspoon of Brozzian's Italian Herbs Seasoning
1/4 Cup of Water
1 Lemon (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt 2 of the 3 Tablespoons of butter.
In a small mixing bowl, add the melted butter, the crushed Ritz crackers, and the 1 Teaspoon of Italian Herbs Seasoning. Mix the ingredients together well.
Take all of the haddock filets and place them on a glass Pyrex cassarole dish or a baking sheet.
Add the 1/4 cup of water around the haddock.
Take the remaining 1 Tablespoon of butter and cut it into a few pieces. Place it around the haddock in the water on the baking sheet.
Take the 2 Teaspoons of Seaside Seasoning and evenly add it to the top of all of the haddock filets.
Take the finished crumb mixture and start adding it to the top of all of the haddock filets until the mixture is gone.
Place the haddock into the oven for 15-18 minutes.
Check on the haddock, if you desire a well-done haddock, cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
Your baked haddock is done, Enjoy.
(Optional) Cut the lemon into wedges and squeeze them over the baked haddock.
(Gluten Free Option)
Do all of the same steps that are listed above except do not make the crumb mixture that goes on top of the haddock. Although your haddock will be more plain, it will still have amazing flavor from the Seaside Seasoning.
