Description: Gourmet Dipping Oil is a great recipe for dipping all of your favorite breads or to cook with. This recipe works with all of Brozzian's Dip mixes, but we believe it is best with Garlic & Herb or Tuscan.

Yield: 2 Cups

Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Cooling Time: At least 10 Minutes

This Recipe Works Best with Brozzian's Garlic and Herb and Tuscan Dip Mixes.

  • 2 Cups of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Package of a Brozzian Dip Mix of your choice
  1. Mix the 2 Cups of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Package of Brozzian's Dip Mix in a small Sauce Pan or Pot.
  2. Place on medium for 5 minutes and whisk the oil often so that the spices do not burn on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Mix well or stir before serving to evenly mix the spices so that they do not all settle to the bottom.
  5. Serve with your favorite bread for dipping.
  6. Store Dipping Oil in an old olive oil bottle, airtight container, or Olive Oil Cruet with Pourer and store it in the pantry or on the counter.
Note: Never store the Dipping Oil in the refrigerator.
Note: The Dipping Oil may last up to 1 year if stored properly.
Note: Always mix, shake, or stir the Dipping Oil before serving for best flavor and a longer lasting oil.

Mix the dip mix with the oil and cook for 5 minutes.
